Description of Service

OpenGame provides AI-assisted browser-game generation, previews, downloadable artifacts, account dashboards, API access, credits, and paid subscription features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Use generated output in a way that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, or platform policies.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected credit pack or billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. If you start but do not complete checkout, our payment provider may send limited cart recovery reminders to the email attached to the checkout. Credits may be consumed when AI generation, export, API, or Studio workflows run. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Generated Output

AI generated games and code can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and deciding whether generated output is suitable before publishing, selling, or distributing it. OpenGame does not guarantee that generated games are error-free, original, or fit for a specific commercial use.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and your payment obligations, you may use downloaded generated artifacts for your own projects, but you remain responsible for reviewing them and clearing any third-party rights that may apply.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
